I find this product exceptional for its effectiveness, quality, volume and price! It cleans and deodorizes my laminate flooring removing stubborn and old stains! I spray just a little and poof it does its job so well! I love it! Very convenient, ships well, lasts a long time since not much is needed for doing even tough jobs! It cleans dust from cat little that kitty likes to kick up, it lifts stuck on greasy stain from kitchen linoleum and has never damaged or discolored my wood laminate or my linoleum! I was kinda shocked that it performed so well and lasts so long in MY house of all places with sloppy young adult kids, spills and spots, a fussy cat, two spoiled bichpoo’s (who run all over the place after coming in from the yard and before we can wipe their muddy paws), and house-keeping challenged me! Leaves no streaks and makes for fast clean-ups!

Pricey but totally worth it
We’ve been using this product on our hardwood floors for years, and it has been excellent. It was originally recommended by our floor installer, and it truly lives up to the recommendation.
Although it’s a bit pricey, you really get what you pay for. Thanks to this, we haven’t had to replace our floors due to pet stains. When you think about it, it’s actually a very worthwhile investment.

Best I’ve used so far
M.Oakly is the best product I’ve found for cleaning hardwood and engineered floors. It cleans effectively and, importantly, LEAVES NO ARTIFICIAL SHINE, so I don’t have to worry about any residue buildup. Uniquely, its ph level makes it ideal to preserve and protect your floors. Some of the wet spray mop solutions can damage the floor surface because of their ph. I’ve tried the spray and wet pads and they both work great! M.Oakly may be priced a little higher but I find it’s totally worth it. This large refille bottle helps reduce the price ounce. I confidently recommend!

No BS, it just works
I originally ordered this floor cleaner for a practical reason, mainly to use with my Eufy auto mop, and it has turned out to be a very convenient product to keep on hand. One of the first things that stands out is the large refill size. It feels much more practical for regular use compared to constantly replacing smaller bottles. The design is also simple and no-fuss, which makes it feel like a product made for everyday cleaning rather than something overly complicated.
Another strong point is the overall value. A refill of this size lasts quite a long time, especially in homes with a lot of hard flooring, so the price feels more justified over time. I also like how easy it is to incorporate into a regular cleaning routine. Good results, but not perfect
This is the cleaner recommended by the company that refinished and stained our hardwood floors, and we’ve been using it for about a year with good results. It cleans well and hasn’t caused any issues with the finish. It’s also the brand our house cleaner prefers, which gave me extra confidence in it.
One thing to note: even after the floors are mopped, I can still pick up some brown residue when I go over them with an electric mop. That may be due to normal foot traffic or the limitations of a traditional mop-and-bucket method rather than the cleaner itself.
I appreciate that there’s no strong chemical smell. Overall, we’re happy with the product, though I would love to see an even more human-, baby-, and pet-friendly version in the future.

Didn’t expect this level of clean
Since moving into a home with Hardwoods, I find myself obsessed over these floors -the Haze.
When the light hits it through the windows I pull out my hugely disappointing $300 Bissell or my Quick Fix $20 Spray mop.
I have used every natural or store bought cleaner that exist (Bona products included), then this arrived!!!!
I quickly pull out my $20 mop with a clean pad and began to spray 😲. The high powered spray reached a mile away 😊. One quick once over and WALA a shiny CLEAN floor.
I simply couldn’t believe it. Finally some PEACE.
My 5 year old autistic child went to town for days with his terror on these floors - instead of grabbing a quick wipe and wiping up the floor - I grabbed this and my dry spray mop.

Good, just don’t soak your floors
I’ve been using Mr. oakly for about a year now. It’s great for everyday dust and light spills, nothing crazy, just solid daily cleaning.
The good: no residue, pet-safe, super easy to use. Just spray and go, no thinking.
The catch: if you go heavy, it can leave a slight haze. The formula is pretty concentrated, so dilute it a bit and you’re fine. Also… yeah, it’s expensive. Like, noticeably expensive. But to be fair, it works, so it doesn’t feel like a waste.
Use a barely damp microfiber pad, that’s the trick. If your floors are actually dirty, you’ll probably need two passes. This isn’t a heavy-duty degreaser, it’s more of a maintenance cleaner.
Overall, really good for keeping that clean, satin look without buildup.
